Onvriendelijk en zéér grof gebekt tegen de klanten , als de klant teveel vraagt worden ze de winkel uit gewezen !
Zo ga je niet met mensen om !

Unfriendly and very rude to the customers, if the customer asks too much they are expelled from the store!
That's not how you treat people!

β β β β β Waardeloos personeel, twee van de drie personeelsleden bleven een filmpje kijken op een mobiel en de derde kwam mij helpen. (Op die manier wil ik mijn geld ook wel verdienen) De verkoper die mij hielp vertoonde erg dominant gedrag, onbeschoft en respectloos. Ik heb tegen hem gezegd dat ik vond dat hij niet zoβn grote mond tegen mij moest hebben. We hadden telefonisch afspraken gemaakt met de service desk van KPN. We moesten iets omruilen in de winkel maar daar wilden ze in de winkel totaal niet aan meewerken. Ik heb hem zijn baas laten bellen en toen was het zo geregeld. Toen heeft hij met enig gepruttel het artikel omgeruild. Slechte reclame voor KPN.
Worthless staff, two of the three staff remained a movie on a cell phone and the third came to help me. (That way I want to earn my money too) the seller who helped me exhibited very dominant behavior, rude and disrespectful. I told him that I thought he shouldn't have such a big mouth against me. We had made agreements by telephone with KPN service desk. We had to exchange something in the store but they didn't want to cooperate in the store at all. I let him call his boss and then it was arranged. Then he has exchanged the article with any utmost. Poor advertising for KPN.
