★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I popped in to pick up a quick scent. Staff were busy but I knew what I wanted. Multilingual staff a big plus. Got my usual Jean-Paul Gaultier at a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is slow and lazy. If I am asking for a classic Estee Lauder lipstick in colour "rebellious rose", they asked me to look for it my self. What service is that in a store that sell expensive cosmetics. From now on I will take my business elsewhere. At ICI PARIS down the street the girls are at least motivated to help you.

I choose one set of Daisy of Marc Jacobs and before I go to pay I ask one of the employees how much does the set cost?!
She answered me around 60 euro. When I go to pay, for my surprise I had only 10% discount, not 25% of the cost. It doesn't mutter, I pay without saying anything.
But really I am too disappointed, next time I don't think that I will visit the store again.. For sure Douglas has lost one client.
