★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probeer al een hele tijd te bellen tijdens normale openingsuren en er neemt gewoon niemand de telefoon aan..... kan me voorstellen dat als het druk is je mss niet veel tijd hebt maar even opnemen en verzoeken om later terug te bellen lijkt me toch het minste wat je kunt doen...... maar helaas
Have been trying to call for a long time during normal opening hours and just nobody answers the phone ..... I can imagine that if it is busy your mss doesn't have much time but just pick up and ask to call back later the least you can do ...... but unfortunately

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een prima winkel als je weet wat je wilt hebben. Goede kwaliteit verf en toebehoren. Voor advies vind ik ze helaas echt onder de maat. Te weinig op de hoogte van laatste kleur trends en ook het advies wordt er zonder overtuiging gebracht. Veel verder als ‘wat vind je zelf een mooie kleur’ kwam het niet. Ik kom juist naar deze winkel omdat ik graag wil dat een kleurspecialist met me meedenkt en adviseert. Helaas gebeurt dit onvoldoende.
A great store if you know what you want. Good quality paint and accessories. For advice, I unfortunately find them really below par. Not enough aware of the latest color trends and also the advice is brought without conviction. It did not go much further as "what do you think is a beautiful color". I just come to this store because I want a color specialist to think and advise me. Unfortunately, this is not happening enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te weinig personeel. Jammer, we zijn onverrichter zaken weer vertrokken. Op later tijdstip terug gegaan en toen wel prima geholpen en met juiste advies en materiaal vertrokken.
Understaffed. Too bad, we left with nothing done. Went back at a later time and then well helped and left with the right advice and material.
