Angefangen von sehr netten Ärztinnen, die sich Zeit nehmen und alles ausführlich erklären, über die OP-Vorbereitung, die ihresgleichen sucht, bis zum Pflegepersonal, das mit sehr viel Engagement und guter Laune am Werk ist: uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank für den trotz des Eingriffs sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. 5 stars for gynaecology! Starting with very nice doctors who take their time and explain everything in detail, to the surgical preparation, which is second to none, to the nursing staff, who work with a lot of commitment and good humor: absolutely recommendable! Thank you for a very pleasant stay despite the surgery.
H	Holger B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Krankenhaus ist soweit ganz in Ordnung ebenso die Arbeit des Pflegepersonals und der Ärzte. Obwohl die Oberärzte ziemlich Arrogant rüber kommen. Wer allerdings auf die Intensivstation muss der kann einem leid tun.Das Pflegepersonal dort und auch die Ärzte sind sehr unfreundlich und teilweise auch sehr rabiat gegenüber dem Patienten. Bei der Verpflegung ist ebenfalls noch reichlich Luft nach oben. The hospital is okay so far, as is the work of the nursing staff and doctors. Although the senior physicians come across as quite arrogant. However, if you have to go to the intensive care unit, you can feel sorry. The nursing staff there and the doctors are very unfriendly and sometimes very rough towards the patient. There is still plenty of room for improvement when it comes to catering.

Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit für uns Angehörige, nach dem Tod meiner Mutter und der Oma, genommen, obwohl sie zum Zeitpunkt des Todes nicht mehr seine Patientin war. Danke, das war nicht selbstverständlich, hat uns bei unserer Trauer sehr geholfen. Kudos to Dr Michael Decker, resident in December 2019/ January 2021. He took a lot of time for us relatives after the death of my mother and grandmother, although she was no longer his patient at the time of her death. Thank you, that was not a matter of course, it helped us a lot with our grief.
F	Fatma Ök on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ärzte sind zum Teil hochnäsig, nehmen sich kaum Zeit. Das Personal ist nicht Hilfsbereit. Ich habe nicht das Gefühl das der Patient im Mittelpunkt steht, eher die finanziellen Interessen des Krankenhauses. Auf Station 7b sagte man uns das wir keine weiteren Informationen bekommen würden, wir sollen uns ans Gericht wenden und einen Antrag stellen........Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Doctors are sometimes snooty and hardly take their time. The staff is not helpful. I don't have the feeling that the focus is on the patient, rather the financial interests of the hospital. On ward 7b we were told that we would not get any further information, we should go to the court and file an application........Definitely not recommended.

Das kann man nicht von jedem Krankenhaus sagen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank! I had an outpatient knee operation. I felt very well looked after from the first care to the last aftercare. You can't say that about every hospital. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Thanks very much!

S	Sylvia Grundy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte hier 2020 einen ambulanten gynäkologischen Eingriff und 2021 eine OP mit 5 Tagen Aufenthalt. Ich bin von der Qualität der medizinischen Versorgung (von Reinigungskraft über Empfang und Schwestern bis zu Ärzten) mit wenig Schmerzen, des hübschen hochwertigen Zimmers mit Balkon und Blick ins Grüne total begeistert. Der vorbildliche Umgang mit Corona hat bereits zu einer der vielen Auszeichnungen geführt. Ich habe schon einige Krankenhaus Erfahrungen und favorisiere dieses. Verbessern könnte man die Kommunikation zwischen den Abteilungen indem zb beim Vorgespräch eine einheitliche Software Krankenhaus übergreifend verwendet wird, gerne auch indem der Patient das Formular digital ausfüllen könnte. Das spart sicherlich Zeit für alle und minimiert Fehler, wenn an den entsprechenden Positionen (Küche, Aufnahme, Anästhesie,...) nur noch Schwerpunkte ergänzt würden. I am totally enthusiastic about the quality of the medical care (from cleaning staff to reception and nurses to doctors) with little pain, the pretty, high-quality room with a balcony and a view of the countryside. The exemplary handling of Corona has already led to one of the many awards. I already have some hospital experiences and I prefer this one. Communication between the departments could be improved, for example, by using standardized software across hospitals during the preliminary discussion, and also by allowing the patient to fill out the form digitally. This certainly saves time for everyone and minimizes errors if only focal points were added to the relevant positions (kitchen, admission, anesthesia, ...).
