Beratung ist zu jeder Zeit auch wenn viel Betrieb ist in ausreichender Form gegeben.Frau Lückenbach ist sehr oft mit vor Ort und kennt Ihre Kunden auch persönlich. Aber heute und deshalb auch dieser Eintrag war ich wieder einmal so begeistert, dass auch ohne Worte alles so gut funktioniert. Mein Mann hatte bei einem Facharzt in Kreuzau Rezepte bestellt und dort gefragt ob es möglich wäre,diese zur Sonnenapotheke zu schicken. Beim Arzt sagte man ihm das wäre kein Problem die Apotheke hätte für solche Fälle Freiumschläge vor Ort gelassen. Ohne das wir irgendwas wussten, wurden uns dann heute Abend die Medikamente per Kurrier von der Apotheke geschickt...Dafür ein ganz großes LOB UND EIN DANKESCHÖN!Für uns nicht selbstverständlich und mehr als kundenfreundlich. Wir werden auch weiterhin keine andere Apotheke aufsuchen. Actually, I would give even more stars if this were possible. For my husband and I, who have been customers there for many years, are the very best pharmacy in Düren. All employees are always friendly, competent and very helpful. Advice is always given in sufficient form, even when there is a lot of activity. Ms. Lückenbach is very often on site and knows her customers personally. But today, and therefore also this entry, I was once again so enthusiastic that everything works so well even without words. My husband had ordered prescriptions from a specialist in Kreuzau and asked whether it would be possible to send them to the sun pharmacy. At the doctor's office he was told that would not be a problem, the pharmacy would have left free envelopes on site for such cases. Without us knowing anything, the medication was sent to us by courier from the pharmacy this evening ... For this a very big PRAISE AND A THANK YOU! Not a matter of course for us and more than customer-friendly. We will not go to any other pharmacy either.

Ein riesen ABER: lehnen gerne Praktikumsbewerbung ab aufgrund des Kopftuchs, "weil dies die Kunden stört" (so die Chefin). Nach einem Jahr stellt man dann mal eine Mitarbeiterin mit Kopftuch ein fürs gute "Image". Einfach nur inakzeptabel. In itself everything is fine and good, employees are nice and good advice. A huge BUT: they tend to reject internship applications because of the headscarf, "because it bothers the customers" (according to the boss). After a year you hire an employee with a headscarf for a good "image". Just unacceptable.
