β β β β β Trainingen zijn leerzaam en leuk. Word uiterste van je gevraagd, maar dat is met de groep waarmee je traint en de instructies van de instructeur geen enkel probleem. Na elke training ga ik met een voldaan en trots gevoel naar huis. Goede sfeer waarbij veiligheid hoog in het vaandel staat. Aanrader voor mannen/vrouwen/tieners en kinderen om hier te gaan trainen!
Training is educational and fun. You will be asked to the utmost, but that is no problem at all with the group you train with and the instructions of the instructor. After every training I go home with a satisfied and proud feeling. Good atmosphere where safety is a top priority. Recommended for men/women/teenagers and children to train here!
