Es hat lange gedauert, bis ich unter der Telefonnummer zum vereinbaren der Termine jemanden erreicht habe. Den Termin bekam ich zwei Wochen später. Vor Ort war alles okay. Er war etwas unhöflich. Zum Glück waren die anderen zwei sehr nett). Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, sehr höflich und schnell. Besten Dank und verbleibe mit freundlichen Grüßen. Nach Anruf zu einer Terminvereinbarung Weiterleitung in eine Telefonhotline, in der stundenlang niemand 'rangeht. Die Vermittlung verweist auf Corona! Immer noch! Jeder Einzelhändler ist mittlerweile in der Lage, seine Kunden problemlos zu bedienen. Die Krefelder Stadtverwaltung kann das ihren "Bittstellern" aber immer noch nicht bieten. Das gleiche traurige Bild bei der Führerscheinstelle. Termine sind angeblich in zwei Monaten wieder zu haben. Tolle Leistung! Wer ist da eigentlich verantwortlich? Tiefschlaf? After calling to make an appointment, you are forwarded to a telephone hotline where nobody answers for hours. The mediation refers to Corona! Still! Every retailer is now able to serve their customers without any problems. The Krefeld city administration can still not offer this to its "supplicants". Alles ist belegt/grau und nicht auswählbar, Anrufen habe ich aufgegeben nach jeweils 20 Minuten klingeln. Es gibt einfach keinen Service mehr. Ich werde wohl einen halben Tag freinehmen müssen um mich in eine Schlange zu stellen zwecks Terminergatterung. Liegt das am SPD Bürgermeister und der SPD Verwaltung? My identity card is about to expire. I cannot make appointments via the web portal. Everything is occupied / gray and cannot be selected, I gave up calls after every 20 minutes. There is simply no more service. I will probably have to take half a day off to get in line to make appointments. Is that due to the SPD mayor and the SPD administration?

Dann nur noch 20min in der Warteschleife und dann ging es auch schon los. Dieses Chaos ist allerdings klar, weil es dann tatsächlich weitere 10min gedauert hat, bis ein Wochen entfernter Termin gefunden und reserviert wurde. The staff are all super friendly.
