★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Inhaberin ist sehr unfreundlich ich war heute um 17:00 Uhr da und traf Sie Vorort Sie wollte nur Abladen und sagte mir ich habe nur bis 13:00 Uhr auf fasst auf Rusisch ich müsste es erstmal verstehen aber laut Angabe von DPD haben die bis 18 :00 Uhr geöffnet aber um meine Sendung zu bekommen musste ich frei nehmen also NUR BLUMEN VERKAUFEN und nicht neben bei DPD Filiale sein wenn Sie es nicht können und die Kunden sehr respektlos zu behandeln. Ab jetzt werde ich meine Sendungen umleiten und bei DPD erstmal Beschwerde einreichen .
The owner is very unfriendly. I was there today at 5:00 p.m. and met you on site. She just wanted to unload and said to myself I only have until 1:00 p.m. in Russian, I would have to understand it first, but according to DPD they have until Open 6:00 p.m. but to get my shipment I had to take time off so ONLY SELL FLOWERS and don't be next to a DPD branch if you can't and treat the customers very disrespectfully. From now on I will redirect my shipments and first submit a complaint to DPD.
