Sta je een paar minuten te wachten bij een kassa, krijg je te horen.... ik ben nu gesloten.... vervolgens kan je achteraan aansluiten in een rij waar er al 8 mensen te wachten staan.... op mijn vraag of er dan een andere kassa bij open gaat.... wordt er wel 1 en ander gecommuniceerd over het oortje met een andere collega... op de vraag van de jongedame ... of haar collega naar de kassa komt of dat zij nog moet blijven staan....maar schijnbaar hadden ze er allemaal geen zin in.... ik heb mijn spullen late staan en ben gegaan... mij zien ze daar niet meer, er zijn wel betere kruidvatfilalen in de buurt.
Very customer-unfriendly branch !! Are you waiting for a few minutes at a cash register, you will be told ... I am now closed ... then you can join the back of a row where there are already 8 people waiting ... to my question whether another cash register opens ... will there be communication about the earpiece with another colleague ... at the request of the young lady ... whether her colleague will come to the cash register or whether she is still has to stay there .... but apparently they all didn't feel like it .... I left my stuff and went ... they don't see me there anymore, there are better spice vatfilalen in the area.
