β β β β β Assortiment is goed, dat heeft de 2e ster verdient.
Personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk, als je ze kan vinden. Regelmatig is het hard zoeken naar een medewerker om te vragen waar iets staat.
De paden zijn veel te vol gesteld waardoor je er heel vaak met een rolstoel of kinderwagen nauwelijks of gewoon helemaal niet doorheen komt. Of er staan doosjes, of een doosje, of een aanbiedingsbak en nu staat er een tafel met parfummetjes bij de kassa die het pad een heel stuk versmalt.
De winkel is algemeen genomen erg rommelig, veel door elkaar, de koopjeshoek is een bende en het is gewoon veel te vol gesteld. Onprettige winkel om met regelmaat nodige producten te kopen.

Staff is generally friendly, if you can find them. It is often hard to find an employee to ask where something is.
The paths are far too full, which means that you hardly ever get through them with a wheelchair or pram. Or there are boxes, or a box, or a presentation box and now there is a table with perfume pieces at the cash register that narrows the path a whole lot.
The store is generally very messy, mixed up a lot, the bargain corner is a mess and it's just way too full. Unpleasant store to buy necessary products regularly.

β β β β β Duur net als alle andere Kruidvat filialen. Met nep reclames, er is nooit wat op voorraad , 2+2 gratis dan ligt er niks of een duo verpakking die daar dan niet bij hoort.
Expensive, just like all other Kruidvat branches. With fake advertisements, there is never anything in stock, 2 + 2 for free, then there is nothing or a duo package that does not belong there.

β β β β β Er is sinds kort ruimte vrij gemaakt voor black hair producten. Op het eerste aanzicht was dit heel fijn, maar het is mij opgevallen dat deze producten anders in de schappen liggen dan andere producten. Zo staan de black hair producten per twee/drie flesjes in de schappen, terwijl alle andere (non-black hair producten) tot de kop gevuld zijn. Hier zou gezegd op kunnen worden: βja, maar de black hair producten worden minder verkochtβ. Als dit het geval zou zijn heb ik hier begrip voor, maar wanneer ik dan ook zie dat er op deze specifieke producten beveiligingsstickers zijn geplakt, wordt het toch duidelijk dat hier een (racistische) gedachte achter ligt. Deze producten zijn namelijk (grotendeels) onder de tien euro, dus hoeven geen sticker. Deze stickers zijn puur geplaatst, omdat de kopers van deze producten donker zijn en dat vind ik niet kunnen. Dit in combinatie met het gering vullen van de schappen hebben mij tot het punt gedreven om deze opmerking te plaatsen. Ik hoop dat de Kruidvat beseft dat dit anno 2021 niet meer door de beugel kan en even in de spiegel kijkt.

These products are (largely) under ten euros, so they don't need a sticker. These stickers are purely put because the buyers of these products are dark and I don't think they can. This coupled with the low shelf filling has driven me to the point of posting this comment. I hope that Kruidvat realizes that in 2021 this is no longer possible and takes a look in the mirror.
