L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag werd ik zeer onaardig geholpen door een chagrijnige medewerkster. Zei sprak haar irritatie uit waar ik bij stond over mijn gedrag. Ik zou beter moeten lezen voordat ik iets koop zei zij tegen haar collega, die zich met deze onbeschofte uitspraak duidelijk geen raad wist. Ik vind dit enorm vreemd voor iemand die ervoor kiest met klanten te willen werken. Deze dame zou wat mij betreft niet in een winkel kunnen werken vanwege haar ontevreden houding . Today I was helped unpleasantly by a grumpy employee. Said her irritation that I stood by about my behavior. I should read better before I buy something, she said to her colleague, who clearly did not know what to do with this rude statement. I find this very strange for someone who chooses to work with customers. This lady could not work in a store because of her dissatisfied attitude .
T	Ton Niessen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongelofelijk, wat slecht. Hebben ze bij het Kruidvat een actie dat je a-merken en eigen merkproducten mag ruilen zonder bon. Ik heb nu al 3 winkels (de op een na laatste was het filiaal aan de Jodenbreestraat) gehad waar het personeel hier geen raad mee wist. Ik wilde wat babyspullen ruilen. Wat ze vervolgens vragen is: heb je een bon? En zeggen: alleen eigen merk mag worden geruild. Ik weg en de klantenservice gebeld. Ja hoor, we bellen even met het filiaal. Geregeld en ik terug. Beginnen ze erover dat ik het hoogstwaarschijnlijk in de aanbieding heb gekocht. Ik merk op dat ze dat niet met zekerheid kunnen zeggen en ik stel voor nogmaals de klantenservice hierover te bellen. Vervolgens wacht ik een half uur. De verkoopmedewerker komt terug en zegt dat ze het helemaal niet meer terugnemen. Ik vraag nog: ook niet voor de aanbiedingsprijs? Nee, zegt hij. Ik ga weg en bel weer de klantenservice. Zij zeggen dat dit een beslissing is van een filiaal en zij niets kunnen doen. Ik wijs op de actievoorwaarden en de klantenservice zegt dat die misschien aangepast moeten worden. Ik merk op dat nu de huidige actievoorwaarden nog gelden. Sorry meneer, u kunt schriftelijk een klacht indienen. Mijn broek zakt hier van af! Incredibly, how bad. Do they have a promotion at Kruidvat that you can exchange premium brands and own brand products without a coupon I have already had 3 shops (the second to last was the branch on Jodenbreestraat) that the staff did not know what to do with this. They say this is an affiliate decision and nothing they can do. I point out the promotional terms and conditions and customer service says they may need to be adjusted. I note that the current promotional terms and conditions still apply. Sorry sir, you can make a complaint in writing. My pants are falling off!

Die ging om de vraag of er sprake is van een ander product als je een verpakking met 5 producten wilt hebben terwijl ze in de winkel enkel de variant verkopen met 1 product per verpakking. Toen ik aangaf dat ik het raar vond omdat zowel op de radio als op de Kruidvat website aangegeven wordt dat je voor een verpakking met 5 bij de Kruidvat moest zijn, was zij enkel erg druk met bewijzen dat dit dan niet geldt voor de winkels zelf, maar enkel voor de website. Dat dit voor mij als klant erg verwarrend was, leek haar geen enkele drol te schelen, ze was vooral geinteresseerd in het halen van haar eigen gelijk. The store employee went to great lengths to prove her right in a discussion. This concerned the question of whether there is a different product if you want a package with 5 products while they only sell the variant with 1 product per package in the store. When I indicated that I thought it was strange because it is indicated on both the radio and the Kruidvat website that you had to go to the Kruidvat for a pack of 5, she was only very busy proving that this does not apply to the stores themselves, but only for the website. That this was very confusing for me as a customer did not seem to matter to her, she was especially interested in being right.

D	Damain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever going in to this store again. As tourists we wanted to go get something to drink in there. There were signs in dutch that said we have to pick baskets when u enter the store. We coudnt understand it obviously so we just went in there without taking a basket. This lady behind the counter yelled at us and called as out for beeing foreginers and that we dont care about signs and the current situation about coronavirus. She was really rude and i felt attacked bc we honestly couldnt understand the signs and not bc we didnt care. So defenetly never going back there if i visit amsterdam again.
