e	emma sloot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben hier geweest doordat ik doorverwezen werd van de Kruidvat schuin tegenover, omdat er een actieproduct (bij x euro aankoop krijg je product y gratis) daar niet voorradig was. Eenmaal aangekomen leek het er op dat hier hetzelfde probleem was. Bij de kassa aangekomen vroeg ik het na. Er kwamen wisselende verhalen van hetzelfde personeelslid. Allereerst was het inderdaad niet voorradig, toen zou de hele actie (die in de folders online stond en met bordjes bij het schap aangewezen) niet bestaan, toen was de actie ineens al een maand oud en daarom voorbij, en tot slot zou het onredelijk zijn dat de Kruidvat tegenover mij had doorverwezen. De persoon die mij geholpen heeft was onvriendelijk, een andere collega bij de kassa werd meermaals om bevestiging gevraagd, maar knikte zonder mee te luisteren telkens. Het kan altijd dat er spullen niet voorradig zijn, maar de manier waarop dit werd aangegeven/verantwoord was zeer onredelijk. Er is mij uiteindelijk 50% korting op één van de producten aangeboden, maar dit nam de negatieve ervaring en het gebrek aan klantvriendelijkheid niet weg I have been here because I was referred from the Kruidvat diagonally opposite, because a promotional product (with x euro purchase you get product y free) was not available there. It is always possible that things are not in stock, but the way in which this was indicated / justified was very unreasonable. I was finally offered a 50% discount on one of the products, but this did not take away the negative experience and the lack of customer friendliness
