Shopping with obstacles ..... it is getting fuller with stuff .. you have to put your basket in the air when another customer passes in line ... very screaming from now on ... too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personeel is VERSCHRIKKELIJK onklantvriendelijk. We waren in de winkel en we legden de huls van een lipstick terug op de verkeerde plek, omdat we de lipstick niet konden vinden. Vervolgens werden we door 2 dames van het personeel uitgescholden dat we de lipstick gestolen zouden hebben, en een vriendin van ons moest de lipstick gaan zoeken en we moesten onze zakken laten zien. Ondertussen werd er gedrijgd met het bellen van de politie, terwijl ze geen enig bewijs hadden en wij ook al al onze zakken leeg hadden gehaald en ontkent hadden dat we de TESTER lipstick zonder huls gestolen hadden. Uiteindelijk hebben we de lipstick in de schappen gevonden na een discussie met de medewerkster en toegeschreeuwd te worden. Kortom: ik ben heel teleurgesteld in de klantvriendelijkheid in deze kruidvat, en hoe we door vooroordelen hier behandeld waren.
staff is horribly customer friendly. We were in the store and we put the sleeve of a lipstick back in the wrong place, because we couldn't find the lipstick. Then we were called by two ladies of staff that we would have stolen the lipstick, and a friend of us had to go look for the lipstick and we had to show our pockets. In the meantime, calling the police was done, while they had no evidence whatsoever and we had already emptied all our pockets and denied that we had stolen the TESTER lipstick without a sleeve. Eventually we found the lipstick on the shelves after a discussion with the employee and being shouted at. In short: I am very disappointed in the customer-friendliness in this herb barrel, and how we were treated by prejudice here.
