★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vrijdag 25 juni ‘21 heb ik dit filiaal voor de eerste keer bezocht. Bij binnenkomst niet begroet en verder ook niet gevraagd of ik ergens hulp bij nodig had. Fine. Vervolgens pleeg ik online raad en neem de tijd. Ik hoor ondertussen wat gepraat op afstand en niet lang daarna staat de bedrijfsleidster in de winkel. Op een afstand mij te observeren. Ik groette haar en ging vervolgens nog voor de “gezelligheid” naast haar staan, maar ze zei niks. Wat een onsmakelijke ervaring was dit.
Friday 25 June '21 I visited this branch for the first time. Not greeted on arrival and not asked if I needed help with anything. fine. Then I consult online and take my time. In the meantime I hear some talking from a distance and not long after that the manager is in the store. To observe me from a distance. I greeted her and then went to stand next to her for "fun", but she said nothing. What an unsavory experience this was.
