De verkopers namen uitgebreid de tijd om (brandende) kachels in de showroom te laten zien. Voor- en nadelen van de verschillende merken en typen werden goed uitgelegd. Uiteindelijk hebben we gekozen voor de opvallende zwart-witte pelletkachel Rika Cosmo. Van de levering werden goed op de hoogte gehouden. Ook toen er iets anders liep dan gepland, werd er contact opgenomen, een oplossing besproken en de planning doorgenomen. Installatie door vriendelijke monteurs. Een van de monteurs gaf de kachel ook meteen de laatste software-update. Na ruim een jaar zijn we nog steeds heel tevreden. Van harte aanbevolen! We were looking for a pellet stove for a sustainable and energy-efficient home. The sellers took the time to show (burning) stoves in the showroom. Advantages and disadvantages of the different brands and types were well explained. Ultimately, we opted for the striking black and white pellet stove Rika Cosmo. They were kept well informed of the delivery. Even when something went different than planned, contact was made, a solution was discussed and the planning was discussed. Installation by friendly technicians. One of the technicians also immediately gave the stove the latest software update. After more than a year, we are still very satisfied. Heartily recommended!
