Mixing up schedules, phone appointments scheduled as face to face ones, and changing 3 different psychologists in the window of couple months therapy. Dealing with them became a stress-inducing event in itself. I definitely don't recommend this practice.

Before going any further I received an invoice for nearly 700 euro and this was just for the intake which my insurqqnde finally said they wouldn't cover. One of the reasons my G P had referred me here was to address my anxiety about my financial future, well all this did was add massively to a mountain of stress caused due to my health insurances and costs which had accumulated. Needless to say I didn't go back here. Lesson learnt. Always check double check insurance and health care provider time and again before any kind of intake. Ridiculous costs.

I have tried several psychologist before but no one was of such a great support and help in my journey as Nienke and Heleen. They deal with great professionalism there and always support with all questions and matters. In addition, last year I had great trouble with Zorg&Zekerheid insurance and Clinic took over the matter and solved it for me that I wouldn't get stressed.
T	Thomas Vles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. Never seen conduct a clinic like this in The Netherlands, deceiving and unprofessional. They did an intake over Zoom, which turned out to cost over 700 euro. Her insurance was supposed to cover the treatment, but after the intake they told her this was not the case. She decided together with the K&T not to pursue treatment at their facility. After a couple of days she received the invoice consisting of direct (the intake) and indirect cost (administration or something). They said they spend 5,5 hours for the free intake which was charged to her since her insurance doesn't cover the cost. It is disgusting to attract people with psychological problems take a big step for help, receive nothing and get billed highly. These costs should be communicated clearly, you do not expect these costs for a single session at a certified mental health clinic.
O	Oliver Brannon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent clinic. Both psychiatrist and psychologist have been very helpful. Also the ladies working at the front office have been very quick and correct. About the costs, (as a response to what another previous client mentioned): previously I have been treated at other mental health clinics in the Netherlands, all their tarrifs are set by Dutch health care authorities and thus the same.
