Het is een vraag die menigeen zich stelt als hij vlak bij Lochem de brug over het Twentekanaal nadert. Want daar, aan de voet van de brug, bevindt zich het kunstwerk 'Energy' van de van oorsprong Duitse kunstenaar, Shlomo Koren. Een vier meter hoge bal dobbert in het water van een labyrinth. De wind kan de bal zachtjes voortduwen door dat doolhof, zodat ie telkens ergens anders komt te liggen. Good idea. Ball is characters somewhere else. "Where is the ball today?" It is a question that many people ask themselves when they approach the bridge over the Twentekanaal near Lochem.
