Na aantal keren langs gaan en informeren werd verteld dat de besteding niet meer leverbaar was. Wel het geld terug gekregen maar... waarom dan geen actieve benadering naar de klant en moet de klant er zelf achteraan om dit ten leste te vernemen? Placed an order and measured paid. Didn't get any info other than that it probably wasn't unpacked yet. After a number of visits and information was told that the spending was no longer available. Got the money back but... why not an active approach to the customer and the customer has to go after it himself to finally find out?

Totally no answer from Quantum, apparently guarantee to the front door. Scammers gang never buy anything from Kwantum again
