About us

Kwekerij De Schüllhorn is een familiebedrijf dat zich, met veel passie en vakkennis van inmiddels 3 generaties De Goede, specialiseert in het duurzaam telen van bijzondere bloembollen (ook wel ‘bijgoed’, ‘verwilderingsbollen’ en ‘vaste bollen’). De kwekerij bevindt zich in Anna Paulowna (Noord Holland), gelegen in het grootste aaneengesloten bloembollengebied ter wereld en wordt hedendaags gerund door Mark en Linda de Goede.

De naam De Schüllhorn verwijst naar de boerenplaats waar het bedrijf zich bevindt, dat in 1864 deze naam kreeg. Op het moment dat de boerderij, de bijbehorende schuur en het omliggende land door familie De Goede werd gekocht was het een akkerbouwbedrijf. Zowel de gebouwen als het land werden geschikt gemaakt voor de bollenteelt.

De bijzondere bloembollen worden geleverd aan o.a. broei-, export-, handels- en postorderbedrijven zowel in binnen- als in buitenland. 

Duurzaamheid heeft een zeer hoge prioriteit binnen het beleidsplan van de kwekerij. De bijzondere bloembollen worden geteeld met respect voor mens en milieu. Per 1 januari 2020 zijn alle bloembollen MPS A (910147) gecertificeerd.

Nursery De Schüllhorn is a family business which specializes, with great passion and knowledge of now 3 generations ‘De Goede’, in the sustainable cultivation of perennial flower bulbs (also called ‘miscellaneous bulbs’ or ‘naturalising bulbs’). The nursery is located in Anna Paulowna (North Holland), located in world’s largest contiguous of flower bulbs and is currently run by Mark and Linda de Goede.

The name De Schüllhorn refers to the farm place on which the company is located, which received this name in 1864. At the time the farm, the accompanying barn and the surrounding land were bought by the De Goede family, it was an arable farm. Both the buildings and the land were made suitable for bulb cultivation.

Our perennial flower bulbs are supplied to export, trade and mail order companies (both at home and abroad). 

Sustainability has a very high priority within the policy plan of the nursery. The special flower bulbs are grown with respect for people and the environment. As of 1 January 2020, all our flower bulbs are MPS A (910147) certified.
