De sensai en senpai zijn super ervaren, Nederlands kampioen en weten hoe ze het beste uit de karateka's kunnen halen. Met de ademhalingstechnieken en meditatie is de training helemaal compleet.
Met een proefles kan je ervaren hoe leuk Kyokushinkai karate is. Iedereen is altijd welkom.

Super training according to your own ability, whether you are 8 or 59 years old, it doesn't matter. Fighting technique, kata's, fitness training and of course fighting.
The sensai and senpai are super experienced, Dutch champions and know how to get the best out of the karatekas. The training is complete with breathing techniques and meditation.
With a trial lesson you can experience how much fun Kyokushinkai karate is. Everyone is always welcome.
