★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food came completely cold, because delivery took 1,5 hour. Was calling the restaurant for the last 45 min and they were all the time promising that the delivery man will arrive in 1-2 minutes... Have to wait outside all this time. Unacceptably bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered two pizzas on Thuisbezorgd, specified they should be without fish and they came with fish. Chefs don't read the instructions, be careful! I called up and they lied about the written instructions and then refused to apologize. Hope no one with allergies writes an instruction to them, because they will totally ignore it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although great services were provided by our delivery guy, this was in no way shown through the customer service with the restaurant. When called about a terribly late delivery time, we were personally attacked about our wording.
Also, if our blood pressure didn't double due to the extremely delayed delivery, it sure did because of the salty food.
