★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op Den Haag centraal hadden we zin in een 'goude oude' van vroeger: het broodje met bieslook roomkaas van de LaPlace. Echter waren de twee broodjes allebei echt niet te vreten. De bieslook roomkaas was nog zouter dan een hap zeewater! Broodjes na een paar happen weggegooid. Zonde van het geld, en zonde van het eten...Volgende keer halen we ons eten wel ergens anders :)
 At central The Hague we were looking forward to a 'golden old' from the past: the sandwich with chive cream cheese from the LaPlace. However, the two sandwiches were both really intolerable. The chive cream cheese was even salty than a mouthful of sea water! Buns thrown away after a few bites. A waste of money, and a waste of food ... Next time we'll get our food somewhere else :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine winkel van La Place op Den Haag centraal. Dagelijkse verse sappen en vers belegde broodjes. Filiaal oogt schoon en heeft voldoende medewerkers waardoor de service snel is. Diverse aanbiedingen zoals de ontbijt deal en de pizza deal, daarnaast goede koffie to-go. Jammer is wel dat niemand van de medewerkers over hun aanbiedingen uitleg geeft of vertelt. Geen vijf sterren omdat je de broodjes met blote handen zelf moet pakken en de medewerkers geen haarnetjes dragen.
Small shop from La Place in The Hague central. Daily fresh juices and freshly made sandwiches. Branch looks clean and has enough employees so that the service is fast. Various offers such as the breakfast deal and the pizza deal, in addition good coffee to-go. It is a pity that none of the employees explain or tell about their offers. Not five stars because you have to grab the sandwiches with bare hands and the employees do not wear hair nets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijke gevulde broodjes maar ze zijn wel kleiner geworden terwijl de prijs hoger is geworden door de jaren heen. Het personeel is altijd levendig en vriendelijk. Alle broodjes zijn verpakt in zakjes en bij het bereiden van de broodjes dragen medewerkers handschoenen.
Delicious filled sandwiches but they have become smaller while the price has increased over the years. The staff are always lively and friendly. All sandwiches are packed in bags and employees wear gloves when preparing the sandwiches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost all shops are making an effort to be environmentally friendly. Not La Place! They thought it was a good idea to exchange their paper sandwhich bags for plastic ones! How backwards!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LaPlace Express is a formula of the restaurant chain that focuses on serving quick due to it being at a train station. The food is okay/good, the smoothies are okay. The staff is friendly and helps quick. It is unfortunate that sometimes the food tastes like it has been waiting too long before it gets sold.
