De diëtiste, Marloes Spaan, had nog een advies van een andere cliënt liggen, wat ze nauwelijks bewerkt noch aangepast, meteen na het consult aan mij verstuurd heeft. Ze rekent daarvoor echter wel n half uur verslagkosten. Ik miste n aantal besproken zaken in het verslag die op mij van toepassing waren.
Dezelfde dag heb ik een mail daarover gestuurd, en daar heeft ze nooit op gereageerd. Vervolgens 6 weken later wel de volledige factuur gedeclareerd bij het VGZ achter mijn rug om.
 I am not too happy with my experience in this practice. The dietician, Marloes Spaan, had another client's advice lying around, which she hardly edited or adapted, immediately after the consultation sent to me. However, she charges a half hour report costs for this. I missed a number of issues discussed in the report that applied to me.
The same day I sent an email about it, and she never responded. Then 6 weeks later the full invoice was claimed at the VGZ behind my back.
