Ze sturen het pakket nogmaals maar dat wordt pas 26/8 afgeleverd en dat is te laat voor ons om het op 25/8 mee te kunnen nemen naar Portugal. Het aankoopbedrag plus verzendkosten wordt meteen teruggestort. Wat er nu gebeurt is uniek! Laadkabelwinkel biedt aan om het teruggestorte bedrag te gebruiken om het pakket naar Portugal te versturen. Ongelooflijk. Chapeau!. Omdat ik er als extra een slot op gemonteerd wilde hebben, bedroeg de opgegeven levertijd 4 weken. De laadbox werd keurig netjes op tijd geleverd. Ik mocht zelfs achteraf betalen, hetgeen ik op de dag van levering heb gedaan. De laadbox is inmiddels geïnstalleerd en deze werkt naar tevredenheid. Na eerder een slechte ervaring gehad te hebben met EVPlug.eu, was het plezierig zaken doen met dhr. Loek Keulers van Laadkabelwinkel.nl. Ik raad deze leverancier dan ook zeker aan. Positieve ervaring! op 14 december 2021 ook nog een Ratio adapter besteld bij Laadkabelwinkel. Deze werd de volgende dag keurig netjes volgens afspraak geleverd. Deze adapter is een korte verloopkabel die op de wallbox kan worden aangesloten. Aan de andere kant van het kabeltje zit een randaarde Schuko contrastekker. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om via de wallbox 230 volt stroom te leveren aan bijvoorbeeld de oplader van een elektrische fiets, een stofzuiger om de auto te reinigen, een looplamp, etc. Een heel handig accessoire voor als je even geen ander stopcontact in de buurt hebt. Om de adapter los te kunnen koppelen van de wallbox, is het wel een vereiste dat de stroomtoevoer in of naar de wallbox onderbroken kan worden, anders gaat de vergrendeling er niet af en krijg je de adapter niet los.
