★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het uitzicht is mooi maar het appartement is zeker niet een van de beste. Oude inventaris (op de bank na), Oude vloer en schimmel in de badkamer. En de bovenburen zijn goed te volgen. Gehorig dus.
 The view is nice but the apartment is certainly not one of the best. Old inventory (except for the couch), Old floor and mold in the bathroom. And the upstairs neighbors are easy to follow. So it is noisy.
