★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 Lampjes en armaturen gekocht, een lanpje was al stuk bij levering. De rest maakt zoemend geluid in compatible armatuur en dimmer. Netjes een bericht gestuurd om eea op te lossen. Geen reactie op mail die ik verzonden heb… jammer
 Bought 7 lamps and fixtures, one lamp was already broken on delivery. The rest makes buzzing noise in compatible fixture and dimmer. Just sent a message to solve it. No response to email I sent… too bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kan soms druk zijn maar goede vriendelijke service. Marianne pakt de spullen zo van de nog uit te pakken karren, checkt het en door wat een topper!
Can be busy at times but good friendly service. Marianne takes the stuff from the carts yet to be unpacked, checks it and what a winner!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received my order from Lampenlicht.nl and on the same day I got in touch with client service as the light I bought wasn’t working. Since that day I sent 5 emails to the client service requesting a refund. Today it has been a full month since the delivery of my purchase and I’m stuck with a non-working light I paid for, as my 5 requests for a refund didn’t cause any reaction. I won’t be buying there again, as the lack of response or reaction to multiple emails sent every week for a month is pretty poor behavior towards the client. The impossibility to return/refund a faulty item is an issue. I don’t recommend the store.
