We seemed to be the only customers in the shop and spent an hour and a half, repeatedly explaining what sort of straight-forward kitchen design we wanted to each member of staff before being told to go and explain to someone else. No one was interested. Eventually we were told that the shop was closing. An afternoon wasted!

very timely responses, happy to discuss in english, proactive with sketches and coming up with ideas. We're also very happy with the products they've recommended.
If we end up purchasing from them I'll follow up with our experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are not the lowest you can find in the area, and the men (staff) are a bit grumpy and rude.
The service is lacking a lot: no communication, wrong estimations... I had to modify my kitchen twice and I even had to get a plumber because they sold me a sink that was not fitting correctly... EVEN if somebody came to measure everything. Not worth the struggle.

Had an appointment for 2 hours to design and order new kitchen. Experienced seller lithely tossed out us from the store within 35 mins. It was really unpleasant appointment. No information about materials, options etc. He sketched layout and said this is your kitchen... No words...
I don't think I would order something in this shop.
