D	D.J. Lentz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een privilege kamer geboekt ipv. een comfort kamer. Om meer ruimte, lekkere stoelen en fijne badkamer zonder bad te hebben. In plaatst daarvan kregen wij een wel is waar de naam privilege kamer, maar dit was een mindervalide kamer (kamer 37). Grote badkamer zonder cabine, hoog toilet, lage wastafel en de wc papier bijna 70 cm van het toilet. De kamer was daardoor kleiner omdat de ruimte van badkamer deze innam. De kamer was verder netjes. Maar wij boeken niet een hoger segment kamer om koud de moet douchen. Bij het melden hiervan werd gezegd dat dit puur ons gevoel was, dat deze kamer ook verhuurt moet worden en als we een andere kamer wilde hebben dat we daarvoor moesten betalen want dat zou een grotere kamer worden want de rest was al vol. Ontzettend jammer en niet fijn dat wij als jonge mensen niet serieus genomen worden. We hebben betaald voor een hele andere de privilege, niet de privilege waarvoor we kwamen. Ontzettend jammer en teleurgesteld. Bij het weggaan werd er niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was. Enkel gecheckt of we hadden betaald en tot ziens. Booked a privilege room instead. a comfort room. To have more space, comfortable chairs and a nice bathroom without a bath. Instead we were given a privilege room, which is actually called a privilege room, but this was a disabled room (room 37). Large bathroom without a cabin, high toilet, low sink and toilet paper almost 70 cm from the toilet. The room was therefore smaller because it took up the space of the bathroom. The room was also neat. But we do not book a higher segment room to take a cold shower. When reporting this, it was said that this was purely our feeling, that this room should also be rented out and if we wanted another room that we had to pay for it because that would be a bigger room because the rest was already full. Very unfortunate and not nice that we as young people are not taken seriously. We paid for a very different privilege, not the privilege we came for. Very sad and disappointed. When we left we were not asked how our stay was. Just checked if we had paid and goodbye.

The room was nicely sized, clean, and well appointed, and the hospitality was top notch, from the housekeeping to the delicious breakfasts. The location is perfectly situated on the island, and we appreciated the bike rentals available directly from the hotel, and enjoyed the aviary they have on the front lawn. Would definitely stay again if we found ourselves back on Texel!
