★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kijk uit met kopen en het gaan dragen van schoenen. Hebben schoentjes gekocht voor communie en er werd gezegd dat je ze een paat weken van te voren moet inlopen
4 weken later gaat mijn kleindochter dat doen en blijkt dat ze nu iets te klein geworden zijn. Denk dat de verkoopster er niet veel.verstand van had en een verkeerde maat heeft verkocht. Wij bellen maar halaas konden we ze niet omruilen voor 1 maat groter. Jurken misschien goed maar koop er GEEN schoenen. M.a.w. service tot aan de voordeur
Watch out when buying and wearing shoes. Have shoes bought for communion and it was said that you have to walk into a adipate weeks ahead
4 weeks later, my granddaughter do that and show that they have become too small. Think the saleswoman had not veel.verstand and sold a wrong size. We call but halaas we could not exchange them for 1 size larger. Dresses may be good but do NOT buy shoes. M.a.w. service to the front door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede referenties was voor onze dochter de reden om op 25 juanuari voor onze kleindochter feestkleding te kopen. Haar huwelijk, op Ibiza op 5 mei van dit jaar, waar deze kleding voor was bedoeld, ging door de Corona pandemie niet door. Zodra dit bij onze dochter bekend was, heeft zij kontakt opgenomen met LaraModa, met het verzoek de kleding terug te nemen en hiervoor een voucher ter beschikking te stellen. e.e.a. werd BOT geweigerd met als rede dat de ruiltermijn was verstreken. Ook wij hebben telefonisch getracht om de directie van LaraModa tot andere gedachten te brengen, helaas zonder resultaat. Moraal van dit verhaal;
Men is totaal ongevoelig voor het verdriet van andere, alleen eigenbelang telt. Ik zou iedereen willen adviseren, koop bij een zaak die naast feestkleding ook oog heeft voor de menselijke aspecten, de kleding is feestelijk het bedrijf is dat zeker niet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanmorgen even gebeld met LaraModa om te informeren of het kledingstuk dat ik wenste op voorraad was. (Gebeld i.v.m. Covid zodat ik niet onnodig in een winkel hoeft te zijn.) Vriendelijk te woord gestaan aan de telefoon, het kledingstuk was op voorraad en ik kreeg goed advies m.b.t. de maat. Toen ik in de winkel kwam lag het kledingstuk al klaar! ? Ook in de winkel vriendelijk en beleefd geholpen. De winkel ziet er leuk en opgeruimd uit. Er wordt niet alleen kleding en schoenen verkocht maar ook leuke kralen, een walhalla voor freubelaars! Als Covid klaar is met ons ga ik zeker terug om op mijn gemak te neuzen. ?
Called LaraModa this morning to inquire if the item of clothing I wanted was in stock. (Called because of Covid so I don't have to be in a store unnecessarily.) I was kindly on the phone, the garment was in stock and I received good advice regarding the size. When I got to the store, the garment was already ready! ? Also friendly and courteous help in the shop. The store looks nice and tidy. Not only clothes and shoes are sold, but also nice beads, a mecca for freelancers! When Covid is done with us, I will definitely go back to snoop at my leisure. ?
