While the clothes look good, the quality and service are utter garbage.
I bought a few shirts at the store in Amsterdam and on one of the shirts the seem went undone after half a day of wearing it. Both t-shirts shrunk considerably after having washed them at 30 degrees as stated on the lable.
When I emailed them, they failed to reply. So after three full weeks of waiting, I sent a new email where I linked to my previous one, jokingly saying it might have gone lost in transition. There wasn’t an apology, just a short reply that I had to come by the store, to change the items.
At the store, this elderly lady said that in her opinion the shirt hadn’t “shrunk enough” to validate changing it and that she hadn’t received any similar complaints yet. She also said that she could’ve fixed the seem if “I had come sooner”.
Not only didn’t they reply to my email the first time over, this lady also made a big fuss about changing an item with obvious quality faults. I had her change the shirt that shrunk most and believe me, she wasn’t happy about it. The frown on her face while meticulously measuring “how much” it had shrunk said enough. What a horrible person to deal with.
Word to the wise: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND. IT’S H&M QUALITY WITH THRICE THE PRICE.
The owners should be ashamed. These people won’t see a dime from me or any of my contacts. Again, what a horrible person to deal with.

I'm actually very shocked by some of the other reviews on here as I found the customer service to be above and beyond the normal. I will defiantely be doing most of my shopping here from now on.
