★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was absolutely ignored by personal. I was the only customer in the shop and there was 2 shop assistant playing with there phone. The other one, behind casa just pretended she doesn't see me. I was trying to reach items that hangs very high but no help was offered. I left shop empty handed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad customer attention at the shop, we waited for our turn to pay at the cashier and when it was our turn we were told "well look for another colleague of mine, I am off now". Plus I was not given a ticket of a new bra and have not the chance of returning it as the person that was at the cashier linked the purchase to a separated return from another purchase..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally a shop where you can feel spoilt and really getting great suggestions on what fits you better and Priscilla (shop assistant) was really listening to all my little details I love in lingerie and could meet all my requests. Thanks and it's true: Intimissimi never disappoints :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location after you've finished battling the crowds and managed to get in. Got in around 4.30pm just before (restriction) closure, not many people luckily. Lovely ladies in there, very helpful. Beautiful and fancy underwear.
