Top Materiaal, wordt netjes bij- en schoongehouden. Zelf geen ervaring met de personaltraining. Maar als ik een inschatting moet maken zal die ook zeker 5 sterren zijn!
Top Material, is kept neat and clean. No experience of personal training myself. But if I have to make an estimate, it will certainly be 5 stars!

Heel erg tevreden. Goede begeleiding gekregen bij mijn voedingsschema en het sporten. Ook wanneer het even tegenzat werd er samen met mij gekeken naar een ander schema. In 12 weken 10 kg afgevallen. Zeker een aanrader!
Very satisfied. Good guidance with my diet and exercise. Even when things were not going well, a different schedule was looked at with me. Lose 10 kg in 12 weeks. Highly recommended!

Ik volg al geruime tijd groepslessen bij Laura. Eerst de Power en nu de Bootcamp. Haar lessen zijn altijd afwisselend en uitdagend. De uitleg is duidelijk en je wordt begeleid en/of gecorrigeerd zodat de oefeningen goed uitgevoerd worden. Na de training weet ik dat ik alles uit mezelf gehaald heb. De dagen erna merk ik dat ook aan de spierpijn :). Laura is professioneel maar ook betrokken en in voor een grapje. Ze luistert en vraagt ook om feedback. Kortom een pittige workout, voor ieder niveau, met een super trainer. Een absolute aanrader!
I have been taking group lessons with Laura for quite some time now. First the Power and now the Bootcamp. Her classes are always varied and challenging. The explanation is clear and you will be guided and/or corrected so that the exercises are performed correctly. After the training I know that I have done everything I can. The days after I notice that in the muscle pain :). Laura is professional but also involved and in for a joke. She listens and asks for feedback. In short, a tough workout, for every level, with a super trainer. An absolute must!

Als je lekker wil sporten,trainers zoekt die je motiveren en zorgen voor een uitnodigende sfeer. Je daarbij resultaat wil gaan zien en het sporten daarbij ook leuk blijft vinden dan ben je bij Laura op het goede adres !!!

Ik ben in maart 2020 begonnen bij Laura na een operatie aan mijn hand en veel reumatische klachten aan mijn lijf. Ik ben inmiddels 4 maanden gestopt met mijn reuma medicijnen en zit zeer goed in mijn vel! Allemaal dankzij de perfecte en prettige begeleiding van Laura, een dikke aanrader dus! Bedankt Lau voor jouw geweldige support en pittige maar waardevolle trainingen.
I started at Laura in March 2020 after an operation on my hand and many rheumatic complaints in my body. I have stopped taking my rheumatism medication for 4 months now and I am feeling very good! All thanks to the perfect and pleasant guidance from Laura, so highly recommended! Thank you Lau for your great support and tough but valuable training sessions.

I turned to Laura after sustaining a spinal injury (deformed several spinal disks). I was already disappointed and lost any trust in conventional physio therapy from countless injuries I had in the past, so I've hired a personal trainer. Goal seemed simple: to build support for the spine without breaking it even more. The problem was the range of motion was very limited and most of the exercises would cause pain. Laura did a great job guiding me through the whole recovery with ease and now my back is stronger than ever. Training with her never got boring. I was told that I will not be able to squat with weights or perform deadlifts for at least a couple of years. Now, after few months of training with Laura, I am able to squat with 55kg and deadlift 45kg PAIN-FREE. I think that says it all.

After struggling with multiple and endless health issues over a year, for me the only way out was to find professional help. Thanks to Laura for accepting the challenge and helping me to get on a recovery path. She is a complete package with varied skills. Her focus is more on a holistic approach. Her dietary advice helped me to manage my persistent stomach issues. Now with her mylogenics massage techniques she is continuing to treat my overall muscle stiffness & frozen shoulder. And of course guiding me to build muscle strength and endurance. To me , she is a thorough professional, good listener, strict trainer when she needs to be and an empathetic person. She is always open to alter trainings according to your needs and your personal goals are given priority. She has a quite good training facility. I also had few good workout sessions there with another trainer Lonneke, who is equally proficient. After training with Laura for about a year I surely have come a long way ! To be able to lift 35 kgs from 0 and live a normal, healthy life again is a big thing for me.Joining her personal training is one of the best things I did for myself. Thank you Laura!
