★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He only had one job en zelfs dat was teveel voor hem denk ik; eerst kregen we de verkeerde optielijst aangereikt, vervolgens de verkeerde appendix behorend bij de overeenkomst & de verkoopbrochure kregen we een half jaar na inloting.
 He only had one job and even that was too much for him I think; first we were presented with the wrong option list, then the wrong appendix belonging to the agreement & we received the sales brochure six months after drawing lots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed bag. If you must deal with them, be sure to work with Ben or Wilco. The female agent we were stuck with was rude, unprofessional, and could not answer basic questions about the house we were buying.

They will send you bunch of emails with the offer and tell you to offer 50k on top of asking price and that is basically it. We bought a house that we found on our own. Avoid Chantal (she was upselling a house based on the features that were not included) .The only good one was Wilco- he was professional and gave a good advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. We had an appointment and they were quite late. We had to push the agents to do things. There were inconsistencies with the procedures compared to other real estate agents. Would not recommend going here.

In my experience they would promise you so much just to have properties in their hands…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For now we did not get the house and we stopped searching - were searching for houses up to 700k (usually visiting around leidsche rijn, vleuten and houten listed from 500k to 580k). Frequently we were not willing to bid enough - honestly the houses are not worth taking a 550k+ euro mortgage plus life savings. When bidding on the few we liked a lot we still did not get it - frequently bid a bit under 100k over. Switched the search to rent.
