De smaken waren heerlijk. Aardige vlotte bediening. Zeker de moeite waard. Wij komen nog eens terug Lovely ambiance. We sat in the garden. We had taken a surprise dinner of 6 courses. And a delicious summer melon drink. The flavors were delicious. Nice smooth service. Well worth it. We will come back again

Deze avond waar een nieuw bedrijf met een nieuwe ploeg een goede prestatie levert, mag zeer trots zijn. Een mooie kaart met verschillende niet alledaagse gerechten. Tonijn en beef waren bizar goed. Gamba’s en eend waren met zorg bereid. Wij Nederlanders willen vaak alcohol bij het eten, probeer eens een glas groene thee erbij te drinken. thee is zuiverend in de mond. Wijn smaakt dan ook nog eens beter. Nagerechten zijn niet alledaags, zoals het ijs, en dus gewoon goed. Espresso en Americano is ver boven gemiddeld, dit verwacht je niet in Ermelo. Ik zeg:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm a little biased, but also critical and never negative. This evening which makes a new company with a new team, a good performance, should be very proud. A beautiful card with several unusual dishes. Tuna and beef were bizarrely good. Prawns and duck were prepared with care. Dutch We often want alcohol with dinner, try a glass of green tea to drink with it. Tea is purifying in the mouth. Wine also tastes even better. Desserts are not as common as ice cream, so they are simply good. Espresso Americano and is far above average, this you do not expect in Ermelo. I say ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So you have the option to choose between a 5 or 7 courses menu. As someone that likes to know what she eats in advance I was positively surprised by everything. From the mango mouse on top of a cracker, to the whole fish, the mix of deserts. The top for me was the rice with 3 different options: spicy prawns, sweet chicken and green curry. One other delicious dish was the soup - coconut chicken (served with the 7 courses menu). I heard a lot of yummm and mmmm at the table ?. Definitely recommend.
