m	mary kuster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag mijn handen en voeten laten doen, alles ziet weer netjes en verzorgd uit. De nieuwste paarse kleuren op mijn nagels van handen en voeten. Het enigste wat ik jammer vindt is dat ze zo slecht te verstaan zijn,alleen de nagelstyliste die vooraan zit spreekt redelijk Nederlands. Maar ben verder goed tevreden, vooral over de heerlijke massage stoel waar je in zit als je je voeten laat doen.. Had my hands and feet done today, everything looks neat and tidy again. The latest purple colors on my hands and feet nails. The only thing I regret is that they are so hard to understand, only the nail technician who sits in front speaks reasonable Dutch. But I am otherwise well satisfied, especially with the wonderful massage chair that you sit in when you have your feet done..
N	Nancy Sleegers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service , instrumenten worden niet schoongemaakt. Gebruiken instrumenten van de persoon voor je. Als je er iets van zegt zijn ze boos. Lang wachten. Praten geen Nederlands kom je als 1e binnen wordt je in stoel gezet en diegene die later komen zijn eerder aan de beurt. Ni et hygiënisch wassen handen niet als E naar een ander gaan. Bad service, instruments are not cleaned. Use the person's tools in front of you. If you say something about it they are angry. To wait long. If you don't speak Dutch, you come in first, you will be put in a chair and those who come later have their turn earlier. Ni Do not wash hands hygienically if E goes to another person.
M	Michelle Jansen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nieuwe set acrylnagels laten zetten. Moest hiervoor 50 euro afrekenen terwijl op het bord staat dat een nieuwe set 30+ euro kost. Nagels zijn scheef gezet en zijn veel te dik. Daarnaast is de kleuroverloop niet mooi. New set of acrylic nails. Had to pay 50 euros for this while the sign states that a new set costs 30+ euros. Nails are crooked and way too thick. In addition, the color gradient is not beautiful.

L	Lianne Damen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ga graag naar deze dames voor mijn nagels, nu sinds corona moet je wel een afspraak maken en soms ietsjes langer wachten maar ze raffelen niks af. Mijn nagels kunnen makkelijk 5 weken blijven zitten! I like to go to these ladies for my nails, now since corona you have to make an appointment and sometimes wait a little longer but they don't rush anything. My nails can easily last 5 weeks!

E	Elsa Patricio de Barros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies do their best to be fast and efficient, it's clean, they offer several type of nail work, including cosmetic pedicure, the prices are very acceptable compared with other salons. I usually have manicure with gel lack and pedicure with nail polish (while being on a massage chair!) for under 45 euros all together (and that with removal of the old nail polish) and all that in about 1h time (just the treatment, but of course waiting time makes it longer some days) There is no way to make an appointment, it's 1st arrived, 1st served, so some days the wait is very long. It's a matter of finding the moment in the week where the wait is less. Also, most ladies don't speak Dutch nor English enough to communicate much, but there is always one of their colleagues to help. They also are in the salon like if they were in their own houses, talking with strong animation in their own language (which is from an Asian country, but not sure which), the customer being somewhat invisible then. It's unusual in The Netherlands and some people could take offense. Not much different though than going to a hairdresser run by Italian or Spanish ladies or going shopping in a Polish supermarket. Just different from the soft spoken silent ambiance you might be used to. The thing is, they are efficient and quick, once they start working on you. If you can overlook the unusual cultural aspect, just go for this.
S	Simone A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband bought me a gift voucher as a birthday present. It simply was the worst experience ever. While driving to the appointment I received a call delaying the appointment by 30 mins. I suspected that perhaps they opened later, but no they had other customers. I was then made to wait past beyond the new agreed appointment time. It became perfectly clear, they overbook customers and the focus is purely on money not client experience. They really do not care if you enjoy the experience. My Dutch husband bought the gift voucher (cadeaubon) but they were ill-prepared for a non-Dutch speaking customer (alhough I tried repeatedly to say I am still learning). Ironically, their answering machine message is in English! You simply could not make up the level of bad service. I wouldn't mind but according to my Dutch husband her Dutch is terrible, at least I haven't lived in NL for 11 years. The woman, who I assume is the manager then announced to the customers in Dutch, that people should speak Dutch in NL. Despite my lack of fluency, the hatred and nastiness in her voice was very clear. It ruined the rest of my day. If you're looking for Christmas presents for friends and loved ones - do yourself a favour and stay away.
