★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet klantvriendelijk!! Ik zal niet terug gaan. Ze hebben en manpower tekort en haasten. The bon geeft geen speficatie en as je belt met en vraag die eigenaar Monique is heel koud en heeft het te druk. Nooit weer.
Not customer friendly !! I will not be going back. They are short of manpower and rushing. The bon gives no information and if you call and ask that owner Monique is very cold and is too busy. Never ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige vrouw met veel kennis. Je ervaart in de winkel de warmte en oprechtheid. Het enige wat ik jammer vind zijn de beperkte openingstijden.... Maar ondanks dat breng ik altijd graag een bezoek aan de winkel.
Great woman with a lot of knowledge. You experience the warmth and sincerity in the store. The only thing I regret is the limited opening hours .... But despite that I always like to visit the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat jammer dat u dit zo ervaren heb, Ik heb juist het tegendeel ervaren. ze neemt veel tijd voor de klanten en werkt erg hart om de winkel een mooi uitstraling te geven. Ze heeft veel kennis over alle mooi edelstenen die ze in de winkel heeft liggen. En kan heel goed adviseren welke mineraal bij je past. Ik weet dat de eigenaar een vriendelijke misschien wat gesloten vrouw is maar als je met haar in gesprek gaat je veel mee geeft.
Misschien was u energie mevrouw Jay muller op dat moment ook niet zo open en vriendelijk waardoor u dit zo ervaren heeft.

I know that the owner is a friendly, perhaps somewhat closed woman, but if you talk to her, you give a lot.
Perhaps at that time your energy was not as open and friendly as Ms Jay Muller, which is why you experienced this.
