M	Miss KnownUnknown on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good consumer service. I lost my SIM card, and my prepaid bundle got transferred immediately to my new Lebara number without any problems. Friendly, quick and professional.
N	Nina Ilia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is being more than half year I have problem with my number, I cannot call a specific number in my home country (I'm not blocked by that number), I have asked lebara to fix it at least 4 times, they couldn't do anything about, i asked them to stop the contract they are not allowing me, they only recommend to give me another sim card and AGAIN the number is not working, I cannot make the call I want. I do not know what I need to do anymore, Im very frustrated, this company is a waste. Don't trust them.

T	Tsjanith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelieveably incompitent. They simply cannot get get my voicemail working...VOICEMAIL. SIMPLE VOICEMAIL. I wait on their helpline (which I have to pay for, mind you), and they just cannot get my voicemail to work consistently. When it finally gets to where it's working, it mysteriously stops working months later. It's a nightmare of a company and customer service department. Avoid Lebara

R	Rajesh Sita on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could order in Englsh which was very helpfull. All steps were clear and just started my subscription so i can't tell that much about the use. So far so good.
B	Bastiaan Kroon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lebara advertises you can cancel your subscription monthly. THIS IS A LIE! In fact if you cancel they refer to the small letters (The big ones advertised don't seem to matter) which only allows you to cancel not for coming month but the months there after. In my case 41 days after I canceled. In other words a LIE!
