Wow, ik gebruik cheapnews al een paar jaar, en een 1* review verdienen ze niet, inderdaad verlengen ze automatisch. Ik was altijd dik tevreden. Nu wel een goedkopere aanbieder gevonden

Bedrijf schrijft automatisch af voor een nieuw jaar. Via email contact gezocht dat dit niet gewenst is en of het mogelijk is om, met aftrek van 1 maand, de rest terug te storten. Hier wordt nauwelijks op gereageerd en meedenken doen ze ook niet aan. Na maanden heb ik de hoop maar opgegeven. Volgende keer zoek ik een provider welke zijn zaken wel netjes op orde heeft.
Company automatically depreciates for a new year. Searched via email that this is not desired and whether it is possible to refund the rest, after deduction of 1 month. They hardly react to this and they do not think along. After months I gave up hope. Next time I will look for a provider who has his affairs in order.

Reageren niet op mails of op tickets die je aanmaakt via de servicedesk. Nadat ik aangeef dat ik mijn slechte klantervaring ga delen heb ik opeens contact. Mails en ticket zouden in spamfilter zijn blijven hangen. Beloven dezelfde dag nog een oplossing zouden contact opnemen. Dit is niet gebeurd. Ik zit nu al meer dan twee weken met een niet werkende verbinding waar ik wel voor betaald heb. Ik vind het onbetrouwbare prutsers.
Do not respond to emails or tickets that you create via the service desk. After I indicate that I am going to share my bad customer experience, I suddenly have contact. Mails and ticket would have stuck in spam filter. Promise a solution the same day would be in touch. This did not happen. I have been having a non-working connection for more than two weeks now, which I have paid for. I think they are unreliable bunglers.

Not responding to tickets or E-Mails, broken Interface ("E-mail is not correct"), stay away. Just google "Reddit Usenet" if you want to find cheap an reliable providers and don't use Cheapnews
