★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het plein is vernoemd naar het nabijgelegen natuurgebied 'Leemputten' ook wel bekend als 'Leemkuilen'. Het natuurgebied is gelegen in Udenhout en Biezenmortel.
Het is een leuk speelpleintje voor kinderen, maar de speeltoestellen zijn voortaan karig. Er is nog een oude rolschaatsbaan, een klein trapveldje en enkele speeltoestellen.
Om het plein verkeersveilig te maken, zijn op het rand van het plein de struiken gekapt.
The square is named after the nearby nature reserve 'Leemputten', also known as 'Leemkuilen'. The nature reserve is located in Udenhout and Biezenmortel.
It is a nice playground for children, but the playground equipment is now sparse. There is still an old roller-skating rink, a small playing field and some playground equipment.
To make the square safe for traffic, the bushes have been cut down on the edge of the square.
