Totaal onvriendelijk en overhaast. Service in the store and on the phone was good. I am not happy about delivery (is outsourced to Woning & Project Stoffering Honke). Totally unfriendly and rushed.
R	Rechtvaardige Klant on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service en weinig empathie van Leen Bakker Leeuwarden Wij zagen een kledingkast in de Leen Bakker in Leeuwarden welke wij wel wilden aanschaffen voor de getoonde prijs van € 254,15. Eenmaal een afgedrukt orderbevestiging stond er op de bon een prijs van € 279,65. Maar wacht eens even dit was niet de getoonde prijs op de prijskaart? Volgens de manager zou de witte kast € 254,15 kosten en de zwarte € 279,65. Maar de witte kast is nergens te bekennen. De prijskaart met de prijs van € 254,15 zit vastgemaakt aan de zwarte kast met de getoonde prijs van € 254,15. Deze relatieve geringe prijsverschil zou je toch als 'gewaardeerd' bedrijf dan eenmalig accepteren en de zwarte kast meegeven aan de klant? Nee, manager bleef voet bij stuk houden en toonde zelfs geen empathische reactie. Er zou geen ruimte zijn voor de witte kast. Dan verander je toch het prijskaartje naar de juiste prijs, denken wij dan? Dit vinden wij misleidend voor de consument. Bad service and little empathy from Leen Bakker Leeuwarden We saw a wardrobe in the Leen Bakker in Leeuwarden which we wanted to purchase for the price shown of € 254.15. Once a printed order confirmation, the receipt stated a price of € 279.65. But wait a minute this was not the price shown on the price tag? According to the manager, the white case would cost €254.15 and the black €279.65. But the white box is nowhere to be seen. The price tag with the price of €254.15 is attached to the black case with the price shown of €254.15. Wouldn't you as a 'valued' company accept this relatively small price difference once and give the black box to the customer? No, manager persisted and didn't even show an empathetic response. There would be no room for the white cabinet. Then you change the price tag to the right price, do we think? We find this misleading for the consumer.

Zaterdag krijg ik een folder van ze met deze aanbieding. Maandag telefoontje, helaas niet te leveren. Geld terug! Top actie, again! Doe er geen zaken meer. I don't think I've ever had an order canceled so many times because they can't deliver something they offer. 2 + 2 chairs promotions, ordered online on Thursday. Saturday I get a brochure from them with this offer. Monday phone call, unfortunately not available. Money Back! Top action, again! Don't do business there anymore.
