★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen goede ervaringen mee. De vastlegging van hetgeen telefonisch is besproken is ontoereikend. Proces wordt heel duidelijk boven patient geplaatst. Geen holistische aanpak, klachten worden in isolement bekeken.
No good experiences with that. The recording of what has been discussed by telephone is insufficient. Process is clearly placed above the patient. No holistic approach, complaints are viewed in isolation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je wil overstappen naar een andere huisarts, zorg ervoor dat je eerst zelf je dossier in handen krijgt! In 2016 ben ik overgestapt naar een andere huisarts en ze zijn mijn dossier kwijtgeraakt. Ze hebben het dossier verwijderd zonder te controleren of mijn nieuwe huisarts deze wel heeft. Nu in 2021 zorgt dit voor veel problemen omdat mijn nieuwe huisarts echt gegevens van toen nodig heeft. Ik word van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en zij wijzen met hun vinger naar anderen. Zij hebben een wettelijke zorgplicht om mijn dossier te bewaren en goed over te dragen. Dit gezondheidscentrum is niet zorgvuldig en meedenkend!
If you want to switch to another doctor, make sure that you first get your file in your hands! In 2016 I switched to another GP and they lost my file. They deleted the file without checking if my new GP has it. Now in 2021 this causes a lot of problems because my new GP really needs data from then. I am sent from pillar to post and they point their finger at others. They have a legal duty of care to keep my file and transfer it properly. This health center is not careful and thoughtful!
