Relatieveren en lezen is een te groot begrip voor deze rechters. Wie het eerste roept wordt gelooft. Toch liever strafrecht waar richtlijnen en wettelijke gronden gelden. In Familierecht lezen de rechters onvoldoende' daardoor geven ze een zwakbegaafde onderbouwing tot motivering. Een afwijzing dat nergens op te baseren valt. Mijn klomp brak spontaan door de irrelevante uitspraken die nergens op gebaseerd waren. In Familierecht hoeft geen bewijs geleverd te worden en de Rechters nemen alle beschuldigingen mondeling aan als waar. Daardoor kan men die als verzorger is aangesteld' zeggen wat gij wil. Onvoorstelbaar slecht. judge judy is een super Rechter die in Nederland niet bestaat. Wij Nederlanders mogen dromen een rechter te krijgen die in een beetje in buurt komt als judge judy. De Nederlandse Rechters in familie zaken hebben een terecht zwaar gebrek in het stellen van de juiste vragen en het juist handelen" maar vooral in het inzicht zoals Visuele maatschappelijk ontwikkelingsbeeldvorming. Dat zijn te veel belangrijke gebreken om u als burger te adviseren naar de rechter te stappen. Betreft, mijn advies is' ga niet naar de Rechter voor gezag of omgang. Geen bewijs nodig, roepen is voldoende. Het is te slecht. Pure duivelsgedrag. Ik heb mijn zaak gelukkig tegen een hele lange strijd recht kunnen zetten. Mijn Raadsman kreeg door de lange procedure geen geld meer. Gezien ik maar € 1213,- PM verdien kreeg ik een gesubsidieerde Raadsman die het moet doen met een maximale Budget. De advocaat krijgt maar een bepaald bedrag. Daarna als uw zaak er overeen gaat zal uw zaak af geragd & afgedankt worden, door uw advocaat. Misschien is wraking geboden? Set dat maar uit uw hoofd. Wie werkt er voor niets? Niemand.. Maar wat er gebeurd in familierecht en de manier waarop kunt u beter voor passen. Passeer de rechtspraak want u wordt er niet beter van en het gaat jaren duren met alle tussen uitspraken. Voor u het weet hebt u 2 jaren OTS en zit u onterecht in PO onderzoek. Daarna als de RvDk OTS beëindigd komt er curator bij te pas. Hoe dan ook altijd ellende en niet goed voor het kind en uzelf. De Familie rechters zijn met oprecht arrogante zwijgende gehandicapten. Te dom te stom om zelf een beslissing te nemen. Het is gewoonweg te sneu dat dit soort mens beslist over uw lot en dat van uw kind. Onrecht, dat is wat u moet verwachten indien u de rechter verzoekt. Zet hier alstublieft een Like!! Als u het zelfde hebt ervaren en het zelfde vind. (Familierecht). PAY ATTENTION! READ, .. VERY IMPORTANT !!! - KNOW WHERE YOU ARE STARTING.
