L	Lars on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel! Car parking in front of the hotel, very nice and clean room, room and bath is quite big, very comfortable bed, nice bar and a great spa/gym area! It’s a good recommendation!
A	Ali Asanov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superior twin room, 83 euro per Night with reservation and payment via Booking.com ... it turned out that when you register at the reception you pay another 10 euros. Great hotel, with decent rooms. It has private parking for only 18 euros per day. The hotel also has a spa and fitness center, which require prior reservation, and if you are unable to do so, you will be gladly denied your right to use, even though you have paid for the night using the spa and fitness center. And yet how not to be worth the money as you can enjoy a luxurious room with a bathroom with plastic sinks. It is advisable to wear Eskimo pajamas, as the two duvets in this otherwise incredibly comfortable and soft bed are always in a hammock upside down, they can not keep you warm enough at maximum air conditioning. But they left you a spray for deep sleeping, in which case you urgently need to open your window. The room also has other extras, namely a mini bar, a coffee machine and a hot water kettle. The mini bar is suitable for people observing water fasting. The coffee machine makes a decent coffee, but while the cup is full they can hear and feel the vibrations only in Rotterdam. And I was glad I hadn't been anywhere else in a better hotel. The four stars are not enough for this unforgettable experience that is offered to you.
G	Gonzalo Arcas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A perfect place to chill in The Hague. Big parking but specially amazing the rooms, with good TVs , The SPA is not amazing but still cool to have the freedom to go whenever you want. Nice pool and perfect gym, all Included with the room payment.
G	Glenn Versieck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's unfortunate. I stayed here in 2015. At that time it was a good business hotel with large rooms, nice lobby, good breakfast buffet. Today they renovating, hopefully to update it on a good way. It's a pity they didn't mention it during the booking, so that was quite a surprise upon arrival. Due to COVID, all the facilities, including bar and restaurant were closed, so I was obliged to eat at the room. Unfortunately food was not really good and for every whatever I ordered I had to pay immediately to the waiter, instead of being able to have everything on one bill at the check-out. Really annoying. Ofcourse the Covid measures isn't the fault of the hotel, but they could have organized it a little better for business travelers which are probably the only ones generating some income at the moment. Sorry guys, 3 stars is the maximum I could give.

Unfortunately, the reservation was 31.07.2021 to 07.08.2021, so right during the "Disco Lockdown" of just around two weeks the Netherlands had back then. As my wife was pregnant and thus not eligible for vaccination back then, we wanted to change our reservation. We had made our reservation via the agency travelcircus that did not offer any real Covid-19 insurrance but just a disguised, though heavily advertised, travel-insursance not even covering Covid-19, even though there was a travel warning by the German Foreign Ministry for the Netherlands. Long story short, both Leonardo Den Haag and Travelcircus were not supportive to any of my requests or compromising given the situation, like changing the reservation or issuing a voucher for a later stay. Instead, they were pointing me back and forth to each other, citing their cancellation policy with 90% service fee of the intial booking cost, when cancelling only TWO DAYS after the reservation via travel circus. Both Leonardo and Travelcircus definitely lost a customer for life by not being flexible in any little way during those extraordinary times for both them and me.
T	Thomas Bråthen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice modern clean rooms and nice breakfast. The beds were really good and I slept as a baby. Great sauna, gym and swimming pool in the basement. The hotel is located just by the park so it's easy to go for a run in nice surroundings.
S	Silvia Oldman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent stay, absolute professionals, indeed the best hotel in town. Very convenient rooms, all you need was there, flexible personnel for a personalized stay. Spa&wellness floor is big, cozy and has a gym, pool, hamam, sauna, etc. Breakfast is adjusted to minimize Covid spread and to avoid food waste. So you order your fresh breakfast, instead of a wasteful buffet - such a great idea! Honestly, don’t look further, I was amazed by how attentive they were too. On my first day during check in, I briefly mentioned that I am moving to The Hague for a new job, hence many suitcases (4). Second day I received a personalized congratulations card and a box of macarons. Big thanks to such a professional team running the hotel, you have exceeded my expectations!
