First impression is that the hotel is a high-end because of the looks and reviews. When we arrived the room was half cleaned and the people on reception moved us to another slightly bigger room and more expensive, free of charge. You can only pay with a visa or mastercard (no ideal). Breakfast was nothing special. You can expect better food in a hotel half the price. Overall for the price of our stay we expected more.

Convenient location. The hotel worths its 4 stars. Only shortcoming is that the hotel does not have its own parking, less practical when you have a lot of languages

our baby falled very sick one day before arrival. We called them and explained the situation but they did not even want to change the date of reservation... Accor Hotels does a lot of advertissement but they are just unhuman

Perfect service, got a free room upgrade and the service team decorated the room for my girlfriends birthday. Can totally recommend the Novotel and will definitely visit it again!

It was a nice room and service quality. The check-in and check-out process was quick and perfect. The price for the parking was expensive.

The shower was not cleaned, parking is really expensive ( 27€ per day ), there are not enough elevators for so many guests so you have to wait 5-15 minutes every time you go up or downstairs. The staff is friendly and the rooms r k, but we booked a double bed and ended up having 2 single beds. We would not come here again due to this points

A good and cheap hotel, stayed here 3 nights. Our room was clean, spacious and located on the top floor. Experienced no problem with the elevators though

1. Room was not ready (sofa bed was not setup at the time when we arrived at 9 pm). 2. We had to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to come and setup the sofa bed. Initially, the front desk lady said that we need to wait 5 minutes only. 3. We were asked to wait outside the room while the lady was setting-up the sofa bed. Never experienced such situation in other hotels. 4. Although we were with 2 kids, only one part of the sofa bed was arranged (for one kid) . When we asked the front desk lady to have the other part arranged, she challenged us that we already agreed about having one part only. In fact, we agreed that we only need sofa bed as one bed. The sofa beds we have seen in several hotels are covetable into one big bed and not 2 single beds. We expected that one sofa bed / one big bed is enough. Front desk lady was apologising from the lady who setup the sofa bed as she needed to do the other part. While we did not receive any apologies for waiting outside, for the misunderstanding, and for not doing the sofa bed fully and timely. 5. One towel was dirty. Towels smell bad. 6. We were next to a room where a group of young and irresponsible people were making huge noise, smashing doors, shouting... Etc at 1 am. We had to change our room as those people did not stop from making loud noise despite that I informed the front desk about this noise. 7. Airco was not working properly. Extremely dissatisfied. Will never come to this hotel again.
