S	Samantha Ferdinand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andre Grul van Themis Advocaten is een zeer onvriendelijke, onbehulpzame advocaat en dan druk ik mij nog zacht uit. Ik heb meer stress gehad van deze advocaat dan van de zaak waarvoor ik bij hem heb aangeklopt. Ook kijkt deze advocaat neer op mensen die gebruik willen maken van rechtsbijstand (toevoeging). Vreemd want het kantoor waar hij werkt zegt duidelijk op haar website dat men hier terecht kan op basis van een toevoeging. Over de andere advocaten van dit kantoor kan ik niks zeggen, maar Meneer Grul mijden als de pest! Andre Grul of Themis Advocaten is a very unfriendly, unhelpful lawyer and I would like to say softly. I've been more stressed from this attorney than from the case I approached him for. This lawyer also looks down on people who want to make use of legal aid (addition). Strange because the office where he works clearly states on its website that people can go here on the basis of an addition. I can't say anything about the other lawyers in this office, but avoid Mr. Grul like the plague!

Ze werken mee aan juridisch harassment, maar niet bepaald op een intelligente manier. Uit zowel ethisch als professioneel oogpunt zou ik dit buro links laten liggen. We receive a letter from this office ordering us to break the law! They participate in legal harassment, but not exactly in an intelligent way. From an ethical as well as a professional point of view, I would ignore this agency.
W	Willem Willemse on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ongelooflijk brutaal kantoor, je wordt benaderd met brief op officieel en duur briefpapier, waarbij de suggestie wordt gewekt dat je met een advocaat te maken hebt. Nader onderzoek leert dat de afzender geen advocaat is. In de wijze van briefopstelling en het feit dat op blz 2 staat Lexquire Advocaten als koptekst, de manier van schrijven, handelen en dreigingen wordt alle schijn gewekt dat je te maken hebt met een advocaat. Nadat je doorvraagt en aangeeft een klacht te starten bij de orde van advocaten, deelt de afzender, meester in de rechten, je mede dat hij geen advocaat is!!!. Als je een klacht wil indienen bij dit kantoor als betroffene wordt er simpel weg gesteld dat dit niet kan, als je de -chef- wilt spreken lukt dit niet. Wat nog erger is, is dat deze jurist namens zijn client bij een officiele instantie KvK een klacht over de betroffene indient en daarbij stelt dat er sprake is van fraude, betroffene wordt dus publiekelijk aan de schandpaal genageld als fraudeur, zonder dat er vooraf hoor en wederhoor wordt toegepast, er rest mij niets anders dan een klacht in te dienen bij de orde van advocaten Incredibly brutal office, you are approached with a letter on official and expensive letter paper, suggesting that you are dealing with a lawyer. Further investigation shows that the sender is not a lawyer. The manner of letter preparation and the fact that on page 2 Lexquire Advocaten is the headline, the way of writing, acting and threats, it seems that you are dealing with a lawyer. After you inquire and indicate that you wish to initiate a complaint with the Bar Association, the sender, lawyer, informs you that he is not a lawyer !!!. If you want to submit a complaint to this office as a person concerned, it is simply stated that this is not possible, if you want to speak to the chef, this will not work. What is even worse is that this lawyer submits a complaint about the person concerned on behalf of his client to an official Chamber of Commerce, stating that there is fraud, so the person concerned is publicly nailed to the scandal as a fraudster, rebuttal is applied, I have no other option than to lodge a complaint with the Bar Association

D	Domenic Perignon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Betrügerische Umgangsweise mit Kunden! Ich habe den Anwalt Cornelius Litt beauftragt, ein vier Seiten langes PDF-Dokument für mich zu überprüfen. Das Dokument war eine Vorlage eines Einigungsvertrages. Ich bekam von ihm eine Vorschussrechnung in Höhe von 784,08€ und habe diese sofort beglichen. Wie ich später durch Gespräche mit anderen Rechtsanwälten feststellte, war selbst dieser Betrag deutlich überzogen und nicht angemessen, für die erbrachte Leistung. Das beste kommt jedoch erst jetzt. Nachdem ich den endgültigen Einigungsvertrag an Herrn Litt gesendet hatte (angemerkt : Es waren im fertigen Vertrag lediglich ein paar Zahlen verändert / angepasst), erhielt ich erneut eine Rechnung in Höhe von 723,64€. Ich antwortete ihm auf die E-Mail innerhalb weniger Stunden & teilte ihm mit, dass ich nicht bereit bin diesen Betrag zu zahlen und auch nicht verstehe, warum ich erneut eine Rechnung gestellt bekomme. Heute erhielt ich eine Drohungsmail, in der mir mit einem Klageverfahren gedroht wurde. Dieses Unternehmen & ganz speziell Cornelius Litt kann ich absolut niemandem weiterempfehlen. Ich habe mich mit verschiedenen Anwälten über diesen Fall ausgetauscht und alle waren sich einig : Die Vorgehensweise ist absolut inkorrekt und unakzeptabel. Fraudulent dealings with customers! I hired lawyer Cornelius Litt to check a four-page PDF document for me. The document was a template for an unification treaty. I received an advance invoice of € 784.08 from him and paid it immediately. As I later found out through conversations with other lawyers, even this amount was clearly excessive and not appropriate for the service rendered. However, the best is only now. After I had sent the final unification contract to Mr. Litt (noted: only a few numbers were changed / adjusted in the finished contract), I received another invoice for € 723.64. I replied to the e-mail within a few hours & informed him that I am not ready to pay this amount and also do not understand why I am being billed again. Today I received a threatening email threatening me with legal action. I absolutely cannot recommend this company & especially Cornelius Litt to anyone. I discussed this case with various lawyers and they all agreed: the procedure is absolutely incorrect and unacceptable.

Ik heb diverse mensen gesproken die ook hun VSO bij een advocatenkantoor hebben laten nakijken en iedereen was verrast hoeveel moeite hierin werd gestoken door Lexquire. Dus ik kan alleen maar zeggen : Chapeau. Emmy Trijbels I had my VSO checked by Thom Wittendorp. He thoroughly studied my situation and provided me with good advice. I spoke to several people who also had their VSO checked at a law firm and everyone was surprised at how much effort was put into this by Lexquire. So I can only say: Cheers. Emmy Trijbels
