Statt direkt zu kommunizieren, dass kein Interesse an dem Auftrag besteht, wird man wochenlang hingehalten und vertröstet. This Dirma has no desire for old buildings. Already in two properties we have requested offers and both times no offer was made. Instead of communicating directly that there is no interest in the job, you are held out for weeks and put off.

Am Telefon wurde zwar darauf hin gewesen das man nicht in den nächsten 1-2 Tagen kommt aber 14 Tage später naja.. Es handelte sich ja nur um einen Notfall :> Despite an emergency, still no response after 2 weeks. Jetzt 4 Monate später bekommt man bei einem erneuten persönlichen Besuch gesagt, dass man nie vorhatte ein Bad zu planen, weil die Anschlüsse nicht klar sind. Vielleicht möchte man die Anschlüsse ja in der Planungsphase eines Neubaus nach der Badplanung festlegen oder zumindest informiert werden, wenn man keine Zeit/Lust hat! Bei telefonischen Kontakten ist man immer äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Terminvereinbarungen, z.B. für die Wartung der Heizung, die noch nicht einmal von Fa. Leyer eingebaut wurde, sind kein Problem. Die Facharbeiter erscheinen pünktlich und arbeiten sehr ordentlich und kundenorientiert. Die Abrechnung ist transparent und fair. Fa. Leyer ist für uns bei Schwimmbadtechnik, Sanitär und Elektro erste Wahl! Wir haben schon einigen Freunden diese Firma sowohl für Sanitär-, als auch für Elektroarbeiten empfohlen und alle haben ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Bei den zum Teil schlechten Bewertungen auf diesem Portal fällt mir daher nur der Spruch ein: Wie man in den Wald ruft, so schallt es heraus..... We have known Mr. Leyer and his staff for a number of years. So far there have been no complaints. You are always extremely friendly and courteous when you contact us over the phone. Appointments, e.g. for the maintenance of the heating, which has not even been installed by Leyer, are no problem. The skilled workers appear on time and work very properly and customer-oriented. Billing is transparent and fair. Leyer is our first choice for swimming pool technology, plumbing and electronics! We have already recommended this company to a few friends for both plumbing and electrical work and they have all had similar experiences. With the partly bad reviews on this portal, the only thing that comes to mind is the saying: How you call into the forest, it echoes out .....
