★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee jaar en vier maanden geleden hebben wij bij de MediaMarkt een wasmachine en droger gekocht. Deze hebben wij gekocht omdat de medewerker ons vertelde dat wij tien jaar garantie op de machine hadden. Ongeveer een maand geleden begon de wasmachine kuren te vertonen. De wasmachine selecteert een programma uit zichzelf, andere programma's kunnen wij niet selecteren. Wij kunnen geen toerental en temperatuur instellen. Hierover hebben wij contact opgenomen met LG. LG kwam met een coulance regeling en wilde een monteur langssturen. Het probleem kwam LG niet bekend voor en wist niet zeker dat het vervangen van het printplaatje het probleem zou verhelpen. Het contact met de monteur verliep niet soepel, omdat de monteur via WhatsApp belde, de monteur gaf ons de schuld dat wij niet bereikbaar waren via Whatsapp omdat wij op het werk geen Wi-Fi hebben.

 Two years and four months ago we bought a washing machine and dryer at the MediaMarkt. We bought this because the employee told us that we had a ten-year warranty on the machine. About a month ago, the washing machine started to show cures. The washing machine selects a program by itself, we cannot select other programs. We cannot set speed and temperature. We have contacted LG about this. LG came up with a courtesy arrangement and wanted to send a mechanic along. The problem was unknown to LG and was unsure that replacing the circuit board would fix it. The contact with the mechanic did not go smoothly, because the mechanic called via WhatsApp, the mechanic blamed us for not being accessible via Whatsapp because we do not have Wi-Fi at work.
