โ โ โ โ โ Met iemand mee geweest die afspraak had met psycholoog. Maar deze was al weg. 20 minuten zitten wachten voor j.l. vooraf netjes bij de balie aangemeld maar als we zelf niet na 20 minuten waren gaan vragen hadden we er uur later nog gezeten. Slechte zaak!
Went with someone who had an appointment with a psychologist. But this one was already gone. Waiting 20 minutes for J.l. Beforehand neatly registered at the desk, but if we had not asked ourselves after 20 minutes, we would have been there hours later. Bad thing!

โ โ โ โ โ Goede en duidelijke adviezen. Vriendelijke service. Kundige audiologen die objectief werken en helder advies geven. Wachttijden zijn beperkt en geen 4 tot 5 maanden zoals bij andere centra.
Good and clear advice. Friendly service. Skilled audiologists who work objectively and provide clear advice. Waiting times are limited and not 4 to 5 months like at other centers.

โ โ โ โ โ Personeel totaal geen empathie met cliรซnt die voor aanpassing van gehoorapparaat komt. Alles via computer, niet zelf even luisteren en dan oude instellingen gebruiken die juist niet goed waren waarvoor je eerder bent geweest om te laten aanpassen. Dit alles voor mij met grote gevolgen, omdat ik 's middags met spoed opgeroepen hulpdiensten niet heb kunnen helpen, omdat ik ze niet kon verstaan. Dit alles met voor mij dramatische afloop.
Staff have no empathy whatsoever with client coming for hearing aid fitting. Everything via computer, do not listen for yourself and then use old settings that were not good for which you have previously been to have them adjusted. All this with major consequences for me, because I was unable to help urgently called emergency services in the afternoon, because I could not understand them. All this with a dramatic ending for me.

โ โ โ โ โ Echt waardeloos om door de wijk heen te rijden, alles ligt overhoop. Een plaats om te parkeren is er niet! Uiteindelijk bij de parkeergarage Om de hoek, daar is geen enkele nummering om je auto terug te vinden. Ook in het gebouw zelf raak je de weg kwijt, zeker met corona maatregelen!
De medewerkers zijn allemaal erg formeel. Geen naambordjes en mensen stellen zich niet voor. Na veel formaliteiten ben ik uiteindelijk wel goed geholpen.
Als het aan mij ligt kom ik hier nooit meer terugโฆ

The staff are all very formal. No name plates and people don't introduce themselves. After many formalities, I was finally helped.
