Geen plek om rustig te werken!
 Lek & IJssel library is the only one I know that combines childcare with library.
No place to work in peace!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service en een duidelijke klantvriendelijke benadering zijn echt niet goed hier. Je stelt een vraag en steevast het antwoord meldt uw verzoek op de site. Duidelijk dat de laatste gevolgde cursus was geef nooit antwoord en ga niet in contact.
Service and a clear customer-friendly approach are really not good here. You ask a question and invariably the answer reports your request on the site. Clear that the last course followed was never answer and do not make contact.

The staff are polite and always ready to help. However, the library itself is sometimes noisy because of the children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte biblotheek! Erg onrustig, regelmatig ouderen aan een grote tafel druk aan het lachen. Rond rennende en schreeuwende kinderen, die overigens niet aangesproken worden. Voor je rust moet je hier niet komen, eerder een buurthuis dan een bibliotheek.
Bad library! Very restless, regularly elderly people laughing at a large table. Children running and screaming, who are not addressed by the way. You should not come here for your rest, rather a community center than a library.

There is free wifi available upstairs, at a nice speed, very helpful.
Only bad point is that the foreign section is very small...
