I had important data stored AND urgently needed it for use due to an exam the next day. The staff was very accommodating, helped explain and resolve the issue and what should have been a few days job took only a few hours. I appreciate their service and highly recommend it to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with a laptop that was stuck in the BIOS utility setup, tried all manner of tutorials to fix it but to no avail. Handed in my laptop at 3PM and it was ready at 2PM the following day! Diagnosed for free, fixed for a very cheap price (much cheaper than a number of other places I tried) and was even given a lovely coffee afterwards!
In summary, would heartily recommend these guys for laptop repairs! Full marks all around

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my laptop to get the 2 hinges fixed which were holding the screen. Both of them completely broke off, and the employee changed them, and fixed the laptop completely within 2 hours. Excellent service, would recommend it to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My computer was dead, I was desperate. Thought it would take 10—14 days to get it repaired. But I called Ruben around 11:00am (found him via Google). He immediately came to pick up the computer with his car (cause I don't have one). Around 10:00pm (the same day!) my computer was fixed, deliverd by car, plugged and running again! Then we went for a night tea! Pro & friendly guy!
